Terms and Conditons for Netflix


  1. The Netflix add on is open for New and Existing Netflix customers in provincial area with PA

  2. A Converge Netflix connection is required to get the Netflix add-on service


  3. Subscription Period and Fees:

    3.1 For Netflix Basic

    • Promotional Features: Be entertained with a Netflix Basic plan that comes with a speed boost and an all-in-one Xperience box.

    • Access Pass: Subscriber who avails the promo will have a new 24 month contract term.

    • STB Fee: Php298

    3.2 For Netflix Standard

    • Access Pass: Subscriber who avails the promo will have a new 24 month contract term.

    • STB Fee: Php498

    3.3 For Netflix Premium

    • Access Pass: Subscriber who avails the promo will have a new 24 month contract term.

    • STB Fee: Php798


  4. Pretermination

    • Subscribers who choose to preterminate the service before the end of the thirty-six-month period (Netflix Basic, Netflix Standard, Netflix Premium) must pay a termination fee equivalent to the total unpaid subscription fees x remaining months.


  5. Equipment

    • A maximum of up to four (4) STB box is limited per account

    • Warranty: The Xperience box has a warranty of 6 months (BAU) while the remote has warranty of 2 months (BAU). The Company shall replace the box/remote that is defective due to normal causes. Replacement outside warranty will be charged the full amount of the box /remote.

    • Return: Return of equipment is allowable within seven (7) days and is strictly subject for assessment. The device must be in “new” and “unused” condition.


  6. Billing and Payment
    • Once Netflix service is activated, the monthly fee for the add-on service will be added to the subscriber’s bill.

  7. Changes of Services
    • Downgrade: Subscribers on the higher plan have the option to switch to the lower plan with Php1798 charges and will continue the access period.
    • Upgrade: Subscribers on the lower plan have the option to switch to the higher plan with no additional charges and will continue the access period.

  8. Terms
    • Converge reserves the right to modify these Terms with prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
    • By joining these terms, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its Terms & Conditions.
    • Converge reserves the right to disapprove transactions of accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
